Become a Vendor

Applications for the upcoming  2025 season are now available!
Deadline to apply: February 28, 2025

Please click the links below to fill out the corresponding form to apply to be a vendor.
Please read the information carefully!

After submitting an application, check your email to make sure you receive a confirmation.
Our Board will be reviewing all applications and will make notifications about the status of your application by the end of March.
Applications received after February 28 will be placed on a waiting list and reviewed once a month.

• Seasonal Vendor Application: This application is for those Grower and Producer vendors who want to attend market on a weekly basis through the season   (May – October) and to become members of the Cobourg Farmers Market Association. 
• Daily Vendor Application: This application is for those Grower and Producer vendors who want to attend market on a day by day  basis. They will not become members of the Cobourg Farmers Market Association.
• Daily Artisan Vendor Application: This application is for those Artisan Vendors who want to attend our monthly special Artisan Market held in conjunction with our regular farmers market. They will not become members of the Cobourg Farmers Market Association.

Hours: The market opens at 8 am and closes at 1pm. Set-up is from 6:45 – 7:45 am and tear down is from 1:00 – 2:00 pm each Saturday, May through October. You must be present for the entire market, even if you have sold all of your product.

Note: Vendors are responsible for providing their own market canopy, tables, chairs and all other equipment. The market is held outside, rain or shine.
